Phone was in mid February, insurance was approved within 3 days, which was appreciated. Waiting for stock of the blackberry Z10 since. Stores have been receiving stock yet head offices claims to not have stock. Franchises are unwilling to part with their own stock, keeping it for new customers. I am contract customer of two lines for almost 2 years, included in my bill is insurance which i have paid for the past two months as well, though I'm not using the line's airtime. I am still obligated to pay the excess fee yet the value of my time wasted on waiting, far exceeds that amount. It violates the consumer protection act to offer such poor, uncommunicative and delayed service to customers.
