We cancelled our cellphone in September, last debit order were supposed to go off in Oct, but went off in Nov. I am stuggeling since Nov to get the credit of R571.49 back. I spoke to numerous people and eventually they transfer me to a department where the phone just keep on ringing. I have faxed through a screenshot of the debit order that went off and did everything that they have asked me to, but I dont get feedback and still no credit!
