Good Day, I have been trying to get hold of Rishendren Damobaram, I was informed that he is the manager of New Contracts. Since December and all the receptions of MTN have been passing buck among them and their numbers are as follows:0119123000, 031502 8500 and 0215272000.This is a complaint and poor service that I have received from Nomaza Mafongana, of new contracts. I applied for a promotional deal on the MTN website and she called me a week later to get my details. While she was asking for my details, i did not know my banking account number by heart and I asked her to call me back and she was reluctant and said she will call me the next day. I did not want her to call me the next day I asked her to hold while I am getting the account number, I dont know if the phone dropped or she dropped it but we got cut off and she never called again. I dont know how many messages that I have left for her supervisor Sherika Dickinson and she never returned a single message i have left for her. Now i hear from Kreason Govender that my application was cancelled? I was not even informed that my application was cancelled and for what reason. Nomaza Mafongana and Sherika Dickinson cost me a deal
