8ta / Telkom Mobile
2 months and I m still awaiting

I wrote a complain on the 19th February 2013 and was told they are looking at the matter and will get back to me once they have answers for me I said it is fine. I had a call form one lady saying that is working on this matter and that she will have go look for all the paper work as well as find the telephone conversation that I had with one of your people. She told me all this takes time how much time to you need to sort out this problem please let me know because at the 19th April 2013 it would be 2 months and I m still waiting. I m still paying my phone bill like I need to do but no response from you at all.
