Unwanted top-up Contract issue resolved

Good day,

This compliment goes for Requel Stanley a supervisor at Mtn, she has helped me with an unwanted top-up from Edcon and MSRC/Nashua, I don't even know if those letters are correct,

Requel took time and explained to me all the all the processes, eventually, with the back-and-forth follow-up... I got my number back with R10.00 airtime and on prepaid, all thanks to the lovely and a very helpful lady..Requel Stanley... She's the best, if only Mtn could employ more candidates like her, will they have more customers retained, if it wasn't for her, I would've left Mtn... Many Thanks Requel, You are a sta
