I took out a contract on 25 March with 8.ta mobile. I was told that I will have unlimited bbm's. On the 6th day I returned to the shop as none of my bbm's was going through. I was told that I need to hand the phone in as it was faulty. On the 3rd April I was called to collect the phone. Since then I have been having nothing but problems with my bbm's. Today no bbm's went through. I called the call centre for assistance and I was told that I must read the manual. After insisting on having a call logged and getting a reference number, I asked to speak to a manager. I was told that they are not available. I requested that one of them call me back and wanted to know who the person will be that will call me back - I was told he can't tell me that. Also technical services will get back to me in 72hrs. So much for instant messaging and instant services.
