After questioning billing amount I get no feedback from them. I then phone to find out what's happening with the account which they promised to get back to me in 3 working days and they didn't, I have been given many different reasons as to why my bill was so high by the operators some couldn't even explain why the amount was so high. To make matters worse they debit my account whenever they feel like, so I reversed the money back into my accont they threatened to suspend my line and without a proper understand as to why I'm being billed so much I finally gave in and asked them to debit the entire amount on the 15. They keep sending me messages I call them daily they have it on the system and yet they suspend my account.. This is so not on I will never in my life want anything to to with altech... The worst service I have ever experienced in my life..
