I have a 24 month 3G uncapped data contract with MTN . It is consistently ridiculously slow or completely non functional. I know I am not the only one experiencing similar problems. I am simply not getting what I am paying for and no way of getting out of it.
Two questions:
1. Has anyone ever successfully extricated themselves from their contract in the courts by claiming non performance or breach of contract?
2. Would anyone be willing to do same with me? The more the merrier.
