So after I posted the initital report on HelloPeter I got a call from Vodacom yipppeeee but no resolution yet - - - I still have no joy with the issues at hand and I am in no better situation than I was. Month later - phewwww what excellent Customer Service ha ha ha ha ha ha. Such a pity this is acceptable for Vodacom and wait here is the best: I get told I have to escalate within the are this falls within in Vodacom - hello you incompetent people, they refuse to put me through to anybody that can assist so how do you get your escalation resolved??? Head Office bubbles over from assistance - whatever!!! The switchboard lady that took my call could not answer my question when I asked: If you are not able to get assistance with the department in question, where do I go then? Who do I report this ddisgusting service to? Ha ha bet Vodacom had not even thought that far as yet. I must admit, after all these years of being with Vodacom I am pretty disgusted. I wonder how long it will take for somebody more senior than a TeamLeader to call me - I will update this post again shortly.
