I DONT THINK YOU UNDERSTAND, THERE WAS NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE DONE TO THE TABLET FROM MY SIDE. THE SCREEN CRACKED WHILST I HAD IT ON MY LAP, ITS A CLEAR & PERFECTLY STRAIGHT CRACK WITH NO MARKS ON THE TABLET.
I EXPECT A PHONE CALL FROM MTN, BECAUSE AS USUAL NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE AT MTN, AND I WANT TO EXPLAIN THIS AGAIN BUT I'LL DO IT SLOWER THIS TIME! I'M FURIOUS ABOUT THIS TYPE OF ANSWER & CUSTOMER SERVICE RECEIVED FROM MTN. YOUR HEAD OFFICE ISN'T EVEN RESPONDING TO THERE OWN BRANCH - I RECEIVE E-MAILS DAILY FROM YOUR EMPLOYEES STATING THIS - I HAVE 4 CONTRACTS WITH MTN, I'M A CLIENT FOR 8 YEARS!! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE DONT YOU THINK???
