I have a corporate mobile. This mobile the company pays, but my banking details are attached to the bill - should it exceed the corporate limit.
I am about to exit the company end of January, and I clearly will hand this mobile back. I need to be sure my banking details are off this account, and change the e-mail to at least the office EA - until they hand this phone over to the new person that will fulfill the role.
I have telephoned and been passed around 3 separate times - I have held on for the CREDIT DEPARTMENT eventually 3 separate times. I have finally been cut off 3 separate times, maybe you have a maximum hold/call time? I dont know, but call just ends, its not possible to phone for the credit department and go through without going on hold and being cut off.
I finally logged a call for you to contact me - via internet - 11/Jan 16:15 reference 261204 - still no response.
Please can someone contact me.
