I am thoroughly despondant with Cell C. I have a contract with them which I took a tablet out with them in August. In November it went in for repairs. It was kept for 4 weeks. Not even a week later after having it it went back again, this time for 7 weeks, not even a week later it went back again and has been with them for 4 weeks and still waiting. During this time, I have sent about 5 emails requesting to cancel the contract, along with going in twice to their Shelly Beach branch. Eventually I phoned them, again! The young man was very helpful and said that as per what he can see I will have to pay out R2000, which I said no, I am paying for a contract I don't use as it's always in for repairs and Cell C have not delivered! He then contacted me back and said he'd put me through to the cancellatuon department, after waiting 10 minutes on the line, I gave up! I am very dissapointed in Cell C's after sale service!
