I have been billed more that R6000-00 over the last two years by Cell C I have logged numerous call and complaints with all emails and documentation and Cell C continues to money out of my account on a monthly basis for an account that I have never had or used. This has been checked and confirmed by Cell C support team, recorded and confirmed, yet there has been no conclusion not follow up and I have never been refunded nor compensated for the inconvenience, time, and costs associated to this entire process!
This is absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable, I have followed all options to have this resolved and now need to resort to media!!!
