Keep getting cutoff from server daily

I have a contract with 8ta for my mobile phone. at least 4 to 5 times per day I get cut off from the network and have to reconnect. when i query 8ta they tell me it is a problem that not everyone experiences and that maybe it is just my area. when i signed the contract no one told me that there would be a problem with the network otherwise i would not have signed the contract. the attitude from the telephone people i get connected to is never good, they do not want to accept there is a problem and make every excuse. please can we sort this out as I am really unhappy with the service that has been offered.
