NEGLIGENCE AND POOR PERFORMANCE

I have complaint numerous times and have received no solution for my problem.
My complaint dates are 29/10/2012, ref. 2102902543. 09/11/2012, ref. 2110902540. 24/11/2012, ref. 2112400262. 18/01/2013, TT 1730975. 12/03/2013, ref. 2110902540, TT 1761081. there are more complaints logged than these.
I carried my (number) account over from MTN to Cell C and all went well for about 3 months. After this period I started receiving calls from people stating that I gave them a miss-call. I would receive up to 10 calls at any time of day and night. This has being carrying on for 6 months now. My complaint was sent to their department and probably all departments known to man. They told me to change my phone which I did, still the same. They sent me to MTN but their answer was that they transferred my number and have no more authority over the number and can't help me. They won't change my number or cancel my account at their cost. They take no responsibility!!! I am being billed for calls made from my phone that are not mine. My number has been used for promotions and competitions. They must surely have an obligation to me as a customer???
