Being charged for a service I didn't ask for

I have been trying to sort this out for a couple of months now. This isn't the first time that I have had a problem and taken countless calls to get it sorted. I have tried phoning 2 times in so many times and they put me on 'hold' to check and the line goes silent. How convenient. Basically Truden phoned me about putting in my e-mail address on the online service (I think it was) I told them that I didn't want to do it and have even listened to the recorded call that clearly states I do not want the service. Lo and behold I get charged anyway. Trying to resolve this Telkom tells me that I need to sort it out with Trudon which I have tried to but keep getting passed the buck from trudon to Telkom vises versa. Also if it is Trudon that is offering the service then why am I paying Telkom? I was assured that this would be sorted out and now I get a recorded call to say that if I don't pay my arrears my phone will be cut off. I am getting so frustrated.
