NO ADSL!!

I have a line fault and my one phone line and ADSL has been out for 2 days now! I have received sms's saying Fault 350CNK10043 has been created and that Telkom will endeavour to resolve the problem ASAP. Please can someone come and fix this as I am unable to do anything without the internet!! Howard 031 764 4714 or 084 584 4714.
