ADSL OFF FOR THE 7TH DAY!!!

I have phoned telkom on sunday to tell them that my adsl line doesnt work they told me that I have to be patient a technician is working on the problem... ye right still waiting for the call... they are so fast to phone you for your account but then you have to wait for their service delivery... how can somebody pay for something they cannot use.. you cannot link to a operator the system doesnt allow that. they ask you for your cellphone number and they send you this following message: dear customer, fault 89crk241113 has been created, . telkom will endeavour to resolve the problem asap... this is the second time i am struggling with telkom.. think i must cancell my contract and go to another company.. really the service is terrible and not reliable at all... will not recommend no one to telkom. what they say and do is totally the oposite..
PLEASE GET AWAKE UP CALL AND ASSIST THE CLIENTS!!! I AM SO SICK OF EXCUSES
