I recently took out a IPhone 5 contract with cell c on straight up 200, on the deal they said that I would receive a additional 300MB free data on top of the 200MB included [URL Removed], I reported this to customer support 140, and gave me a reference number 3020101350, a week went by and did not get any feedback, I phoned again and the call centre agent wrote a email to the person that needs to fix this, again another week goes by and still no feedback, I would like the 300MB allocated to me ASAP without additional cost, since this was promised in the deal!!!
This is the second issue in a row I have with Cell C since I applied for this contract, Cell C please tread your customers like you care!
