Account not moved after multiple visits to branch

I opened a telkom business account for my brother in law for his business. I then went to the telkom store in the middelburg mall to move it over to his company.

The number in concern is 013 243 2063
and the company that it is been re (registered) on is Nivadox Construction

But I still get the accounts and get messages that the account is in arrear and recieved a call to say I am being reviewed for bad debt because of the unpaid telkom account.

I am sick and tired of going to the telkom store to change ownership of the number and the adsl line.
Even after my brother has gone to change it by himself a few times it still stays on my name.

I have drawn up paperwork with the help of my legal adviser and is willing to bring them to light and is willing to go public with this issue.

Please deal with the matter before I GO PUBLIC WITH THIS PROBLEM, AND BEFORE I BANG YOU WITH A LAWSUITE.

I AM SICK OF BAD SERVICE DELIVERY IN THIS COUNTRY.
