Debiting my Account

I queried my CellC invoice and was told 2 months Get-it subs had been added on. I've never heard of them and phoned to find out who they are. I was told it would be cancelled and I'd be contacted to listen to the recording. That was 28 Feb.By end March I phoned again but they were still investigating so the Supervisor couldnt help me. My acc was debited again. Today I phoned again and the lady didnt know why I hadnt been phoned. I was told at 15.46 the Manager would phone me in a few minutes. At 17.15 I phoned AGAIN and the same lady said she'd sent my info to the Manager and Agent but both left at 5. My father in law uses the number in question and wouldnt even understand what they were talking about, would phone me first and has NO authority to subscribe on MY contract. CellC asks 5 Security questions before I can get any info on MY beaccount. How do Get-it then access my account without MY permission? I'm told refunds are only done month end so the longer they take to cancel, the more my account is ILLEGALLY debited and I have to wait for my refund. Be warned, these guys happily commit and the Manager is just as useless as the staff. They should be ashamed at what they do
