Once again, I have to Hello Peter Autopage in order to get some kind of response. One would think after the ample bad press I alone have given this company they would learn?
I reported them on Hello Peter just two weeks ago, to have Najma Moosa, some PR manager contact to me to resolve the issue. I was offered a credit, as a means of compensation. I was advised that given the previous bad service the refund would expedited. Not only have they failed to expedite my refund, they have failed to even process it. I have waited for a refund since the 28/03/2013, which has not been issued, and moreover, Najma Moosa has failed to respond to all my emails querying this.
I find this exceptionally underhanded, unprofessional personified and utterly corrupt.
I am not the first subscriber that this has happened to, and I am sure if encouraged they too will speak out. The number of reported incidents with Autopage and legitimate billing would definitely make a really solid story for Carte Blanche.
I am beyond irate with this company and will make it my personal project to take this further than I have done previously.
