On the 25 March 2013 I handed my blackberry in at Cellc Cresta for repairs. On the 27th I received a sms stating that my device had been received at the repair centre in Midrand. It is 10 days later and I have not had an update. I tried to call the call centre to find out how far they are with my phone. I was kept holding for 10 mins and was then put through customer care in order to go through to repairs and the person I spoke to could barely understand English. I still don't know if my phone has been looked at yet or if it has been repaired. I have been to other cellular companies where I have had phones repaired and have never been treated this way. Maybe they feel that I am not a CellC customer, but they have an agreement with FNB to repairs faulty devices. Lesson learnt don't buy a phone through FNB because CellC's service is putrid.
