A few months ago MTN and I were head to head about a payment that was deducted from my account. My issue was that when I changed my debt order date, no one ever told me I'd be billed twice in one month thus I had not budgeted for it. I spoke to a Manager and I was assured that there would be an investigation into the matter. Due to my bank charging me for the payment that bounced!!
Its 2 months later... I'm still waiting!!
Now my bill says I'm in arrears when I was told I'm not!
I've had so many issues with MTN its actually disgusting how bad the customer service is.
I'm not even going to give MTN a second chance, once this contract expires, I'm going to another service provider. I'd rather pay more for better service than get this horrific customer service from MTN.
If any of this has affected / goes onto my name on ITC due to MTN's incompetence, I will take this matter further!!
