Vodacom insurance not willing to pay out

My galaxy s4 was out of my car (and I only had the phone a few weeks), they "jammed" the signal as I was locking it. When I got back, my phone (that was still on the car charger) was gone. I phoned Vodacom to blacklist the phone. I reported the incident at the SAPS in Hartbeespoortdam (where I live). They opened a case, and I was brutally honest about what happened. Went to Vodacom in Village mall, and did a simswap. I put in a claim at Vodacom insurance that I pay religiously every month, only to find out that they are not willing to replace my phone as their was no forced entry into the car. So much for my honesty!!! I know of people who just say their phones are lost, because they want a new one, their claims are approved!! But mine, for being honest was declined!! I am so upset because the phone really worked well and now I have to borrow a phone! Please, please help me!!!
