We having being trying to get a replacement phone for the above number for more than a month. We recieved a Iphone 5, which we had decided to go for the Samsung S3. Its been more than 4 weeks of me phoning up and down. I am promised ALL the time that I will be phoned back regarding this matter. I am tired of holding onto the insurance line 0861746444 as it takes more than 30 minutes to be answered.
If our requests are not met, then I'll be forced to log a complaint with Hellopeter.com because this is a business line and no one is taking us seriously!!
