I got my new iPhone 5 round about 10 February 2013. From the beginning I can't send sms or use my data properly, I have made a couple of visits to Telkom direct and they keep on informing me to restart my phone. I can't see the point to use a 10000 Rand phone and must keep on restarting the phone to be able to send a sms. I have been in contact with 8t customer care numerous times and even contacted their complaints department. Excuses range from network and now they say it is apple. I feel they are my service provider and it is their duty to sort my problem. It has been another two weeks and still no response from the complaints department..
