I am very disgusted with the level of service that Telkom gives. It is almost non-existent.
I went into the Waterfall Mall, Rustenburg branch to place an order for ADSL installation more than a month ago. I have been in every week since, inquiring on any developments and escalating the problem each time. Telkom hasn't bothered to contact me since.
This is a total disgrace! It is 2013, surely you could get hold of me via email / the various contact numbers i have provided??? My outstanding order: 117013/35
