I have been paying for ZUMAMOBILE ever since I can remember. I have requested on numerous occasions to have this service removed from my contract, but to no avail. In the last 2 months I have made 2 more requests and received an SMS this month (1st time I receive a response) that I have been unsubscribed effective from 18/03/13, but they have continued deducting the daily subscriptions. On all the occasions that I have called them, I also demanded that they reimburse all subscriptions from the beginning, as I never requested (or used) this service. I have till now not had any response on that request either.
