It has been 9 Days and my handset is still not working I am not getting any feedback as what needs to be done. I need this to be resolved immediately i cannot tolerate this poor service delivery any longer can senior management be involved and contact me immediately and explain why i am unable to use my handset and what are they doing on their side i need this to be resolved.
