I logged a fault (235CRK280313) on the 28Mar2013 as my telephone and ADSL line were down. My lines are still down. A female technician came by on Friday (5Apr), my daughter was at home at the time, she had a look and said that she needed to get on top of a pole but didn't. So she said that she will come on Saturday and she never did. It's now 11 days that I'm without both services and counting. Please attend ASAP. Also the tecnician should phone and not just pitched up, there's not always somethere there.
