Cell C cancels my account for no reason

Yesterday my cell c phone would not work, it kept saying that it can't connect to the network. When I phoned the helpline and entered my cell number it said the sim card had not been registered. When I spoke to a consultant, she said my account had been cancelled on the 31 March. I said that I have just upgraded my account (December) and there's no way I would cancel my account. She said I must speak to the cancelling department but that they only started work at 8am. I have been a loyal customer with cell c for the past two years and pay my account regularly and now they just cancel my account with no notification or communication.
