I have a billing problem, after an upgrade was processed to my billing despite not having the device in hand.
I have been charged for BBM services and for an upgrade fee which I feel I should not be paying, without actually having the device!
I attempted to sort this out last week, without any joy. The call centre queue was 30 min before I hung up in disgust. This morning I tried again, and managed to get thru to Anita Botha a credit controller.
I got a text message to call back, and since have been waiting in the Call Centre Queue once again for 30 min.
This is despite asking for Anita BY NAME from the switchboard operator.
