Upon return from a fantastic holiday only to find that my line speed is still slow and has not been rectified. This is my 5th complaint on Hello Peter, which does not seem even get TELKOM to budge!
All they do is reply by e-mail, saying they have escalated the query... and that the last I hear from them. Surely there is another way that one can get the complaint out so that something is actually done about the problem we have had for last 5 months.
To date we have had no compensation, whatsoever, even though we pay for a 4meg ling and barely get 1/2 a meg speed. This is so wrong Telkom.
