Shouldn't Have Taken a 2nd Contract with Autopage

After many SMSs from Autopage which I deleted, I was called by Happiness last July offering me an upgrade/renewal. The pkg offered was R139, and I confirmed with the agent there would be no further charges, which she confirmed. Well, I was charged for CLIP on my 1st bill - I didn't pay for this service on my 1st contract, and based on the conversation I had with Happiness, CLIP should have been part of my R139 package. I queried this in Aug/Sept at the AP shop in Plumstead (now closed). I was promised an update, but didn't receive one. When I queried this in Dec. with the AP shop in Tokai, they said the ticket was closed. Several tickets were opened for a refund, and despite receiving SMSs that refunds had been authorised, upon checking with Tokai, they had been declined with no reason. The shop staff have been very helpful, and the last visit resulted in a conversation with someone at HQ telling me the recording of the call was going to be listened to, and I would be contacted within 48 hrs. I even received a 2nd call telling me the same info. A month later, and no call! Now I have no CLIP, but I'm now being charged for postage. If you can't rob me one way, you'll find another :(
