Of course I would never say something like that in the headline without due cause.
Please have a look at my complaint of a few days ago, and the aloof response by (I suppose) the management - well, there was zero follow-up!!! Am I justified in calling you lot A BUNCH Of INCOMPETENT CLOWNS??
Rule # 1 of customer service: don't make promises you don't keep, ESPECIALLY when you're cleaning up a mess you've already made!
