Pathetic service

I am so dam off right now..I took 2 bb phones in for repairs... they cab only book 1 in as I didn't have the charger with me... its pathetic... are the technicians stupid... I tried charging th phone with 4 diff chargers and it doesn't work... why the do I need to drive home for a dam charger... its pathetic service... can't get a loan phone also yet I pay vodacom over 1000 rand a month... its pathetic... can some1 high up explain is happening
