MTN CUSTOMER SERVICE - BREACH OF CONTRACT

For some time now I have been informing MTN that I cannot receive calls from CELL C and I am unable to call certain numbers. The most recent being about a visit to MTN at the Midland Liberty Mall where the problem was logged on the system by the assistant. To date I have had NO feedback. In the meantime, I lodged a query on the website on 23/03/2013 under Network Coverage as I was not sure what this issue fell under and I go an email back saying this is not a network coverage issue but no offer of help. On 27/03/2013 I put a complaint on the website and all I got after more than a week was an automated response. I have had no feedback on this. Both my children have now moved to Cell C with their great offer on th iPhone 5 and this means both of them cannot call me. I cannot call my niece on her number for years now. I feel that I am NOT getting the service I am paying for so I want to CANCEL this contract with MTN asap. I will CANCEL my other contract that I have for more than 15 years when it reaches term in November 2013. My wife uses this number so call me on 0832891416 to discuss.
