MANTOA MORUSI what is the solution to this problem? I used my ID number to Rica that number; obviously the number belongs to me. The is using the phone and the card, the phone is still ringing, no answer but this person is always available on Whattsap, posing as me, even created second profile "NOZUKO J" on the same number, trying to confuse people to think it's me. If u have whattsap on your phone and save this number you can see exactly what I'm talking about. This is very FRUSTRATING, and what makes it difficult for me to run around for this is I'm in Cape Town and the phone was when I was in Fort Beaufort, in the Eastern Cape for a weekend. What can be done to stop this nonsense, you mean as a Service Provider there is nothing you can do about this. I AM NOT SURE IF MY COMPLAINT IS MAKING SENSE TO YOU, SOMEONE ELSE IS USING A NUMBER THAT IS REGISTERED UNDER MY NAME, I LOST THE PHONE, THE DID NOT DESTROY THE CARD AND IS USING THE CARD ON THE SAME PHONE, AND YET YOU ARE REFUSING TO BLOCK NEITHER THE PHONE NOR THE CARD, I KNOW YOU HAVE THE POWER TO STOP THIS, NOT EVERYTHING MUST BE DONE BY THE BOOK SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO USE INTELLIGENCE OR COMMON SENSE.
