I tried making a call on 15/01/2013, but could not as my phone was suspended. I then called MTN SP at 07:24 regarding this and was advised that i have reached my monthly limit and will not be able to make use of the phone. I don't understand why my BIS was suspended because this is paid and supposed to be a free service. The consultant advised me that they will either have to increase my monthly call limit which i do not want. I then request a list of all the calls made as do not believe that i've made all the calls and was told I need to subscribe to itemised billing which i also do not want as it is an extra charge, the consultant could not assist. I asked for a supvervisor call back before 07:30 nad to my surprise, not actually no call received. they are basically forcing me to apply for extra cost which i do not want or I'll have to wait until next month to use my phone whioch I find ridiculous.
