Good day Sir/Madam

On the 01/02/2013 I'v called Telkom to request that my ADS Line
being transferred to Afrihost on which your agent plead that I must stay
with Telkom and that I can have (25% off) my internet uncapp plus your
telephone services all inclusive for R472 per month, including tax. Ref.
no; 72157717A. Which sounded as a good deal. I than cancelled
my subscription with Afrihost in good faith that Telkom will be able to
provided everything. Than I received an account which stated that I owe
R1035?? I than called Telkom and asked them what had happened to the 25%
and one of you agents checked for me and said that she fixed it and that my
account will be R735 for Feb-March. I even went as far as to go to our
nearest branch at Bayside, Tableview to confirmed that my payment for
Feb-March will be R735 including my calls and tax as your Agent (Precious)
confirmed, . The agent at Bayside did confirmed that my payment than will
be indeed only R735 for Feb-March...

*Surprise, surprise... I ended up with a bill of R1088 stating that my
uncapp is not R199 as your agent stated, but R314.00 which is for a
business and? Please cal me at 00264813575038 Urgently.
