I have been trying to unsubscribe from a daily usage summary that I sometimes receive 30 times at once, in the same day! If I am lucky enough to find a phone number that is not out of order, try 0800 500 200 for instance, the apathy I am met with defies belief! and do not ever, try and do this by computer, it is like entering a rat's maze, all avenues lead to an early death! I can not believe that those people are actually paid a salary to NOT do their work so badly! I even tried speaking to someone at one of their, so called, service centres and was told "that I must do it online"!
