I was informed per email that the platform change was successfully done for [URL Removed]
I received a new username and password and contracted my web designer for a day to populate my website.
I was even congratulated on my new website (which did not work).
I believe Mweb is not going to reimburse me for the webdesigner's day that I have to pay AND still would not know if the site is functional the next time I contract him.
But I had to learn yesterday and today that the process was not completed.
I sent an email yesterday, but did not receive an answer.
I made a 3rd call today, but still received no response.
