Application done on the 24/3/2013... Sales consultant ordered wrong colour, not advised that device was received and retured to order new colour... call branch several time no manager, no consultants to assist . call head office on the 4/4/2013 to complain... was advised that the branch manager will call and advise ..no call received Advised headoffice that if no feedback is received will be logging a complaint on Helo peter... called branch again on the 5/4 advised that device will only be delivered on Monday or Tuesday 9/4/2013 at the Alberton Branch... very unhappy with service... Especially when we are getting messages and e mails saying this :
