Upgraded my mtn contract and took the phone with LCD TV. Still waiting on the TV. Phoned MTN waterfront branch where I upgraded the contract... no response for days... just not answering their phones. Finally got hold of them and they gave me the number for Bright Point 0119288370... no answer. How can MTN use a courier who does not answer their phones? Been waiting since 18 March. Should have changed to some other provider/network... This service stinks.
