So I got a message from CELL C on the 4th of April 2013 at approxamately 15:45. Stating that my account is in arrears and my line will be suspended that day so I phoned the customer call centre (140) and waited 5mins before I was assisted than the guy assured me that my line won't be suspended, the message was sent late and he can see the payment on my account, that I made so at 16:50 I wanted to make a phone call and my phone told me that my services has been suspended so than I phoned (140) again and this tim waited 30mins before someone assisted me, and that is really service for "1 of the top cellular network in SA"
