No notification given, not a call, email or sms to notify me that my contract has expired. Yet they can invoice me for the month of April at the standard rate... Why on earth am I still being charged for the hanset? Surely that is what I have been paying off over the last 24 months.
I digress.
"Customer Care Call Centre" had me on hold for 11min this morning, before they put down.
This is the second time I have had to resort to a public complaint platform in order to get some service.
