I have been trying to get customer care to call me to sort out the arrears they said I ha ve accumulated because they failed to notify me about my rate changes they decided to take up without me knowing. I have had people calling to settle theses arrears i totally refuse as adt failed to notify me about these changes. The people that called from adt when i explained where the problem was they told that they email customer care to resolve this issue till to date nothing its been over six months. ADT customer care department is very pathetic they make me sick and ADT is doing nothing to correct this matter.
