We purchased a data bundle on the 6th of February 2013 which myself and the owner of the business were planning on using when we go away on business. When I tried to use it last night, it gave me the message that it already expired. I contacted the Vodashop where I purchased it from, who informed me that apparently it is only valid for two months. Which if this is the case, it still should have only expired on the 6th of April 2013.
I then contacted the Vodacom customer care line who noted to me that if I purchase it on the 28th of Feb, it will still expire on the end of March, as it is seen as 2 months.
Now firstly, we were not informed when we purchased the bundle that is is only valid for two months, it also was not specified on the slip. Secondly, if you buy something with a validity of 2 months, you expect it to be two months from the date of purchase, otherwise it is not two months.

I am very unhappy about this as we lost more than half of our bundle, if I was made aware of this by the cashier or the slip, then we would have used it before it expired.
