I have paid up my CellC contract in full and cancelled my contract however CellC is still debiting my account!!!
so far R725 has gone out... My 30 days notice has already been served and i have cancelled 3 times already at the Phoenix Plaza Branch, I spoke to the Manager Wesley Patrick assuming that i will get the help i need and nothing!!! That was on 04 May 2013 and i am still awaiting a reply,
Looks like i would have to escalate this matter to my Lawyer as i cannot afford to pay for something i am not using.
I have made an attempt to follow your company protocol and cancel within the 30 day period, it would be great if CellC could do the same!!!
